Bernard Katz, an associate with Neuberger, Quinn, Gielen, Rubin & Gibber, P.A., is a member of the firm’s Commercial Real Estate and Business Planning Transactions Group. Bernard represents clients in all types of commercial real estate transactions, including the purchase, financing and sale of residential, commercial, office and mixed-use projects. Bernard also facilitates business formations, joint ventures, transfers and acquisitions.

Before joining Neuberger, Quinn, Gielen, Rubin & Gibber, P.A., Bernard was an associate in the Finance and Banking group of an Amlaw 100 firm where his practice focused on mergers and acquisitions and the financing of renewable energy facilities. Bernard also has experience representing banks and community development financial institutions in the financing and development of commercial real estate projects. 

Bernard earned his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center and resides with his wife and three kids in Baltimore, Maryland.
