Gary R. Jones is a principal at Neuberger, Quinn, Gielen, Rubin & Gibber, P.A., with nearly four decades of litigation experience in Maryland. He is a respected business and regulatory attorney with extensive experience representing clients before local, state, and federal administrative bodies. His practice serves national and state trade associations, real estate developers and partnerships, hospitals, physicians, and large healthcare organizations. Gary is particularly recognized for his work in the radiology, radiation oncology, and dental support organization sectors.

Admitted to the Maryland Bar in 1989, Gary has litigated complex, high value matters involving breach of contract, partnership disputes, insurance coverage, environmental issues, and construction claims. He also regularly represents corporations and individuals in connection with state and federal government investigations and enforcement actions.

Gary earned his J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and practices out of the firm’s Baltimore office. He is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia and has tried cases in both state and federal courts nationwide.
