Michael is a principal with Neuberger, Quinn, Gielen, Rubin & Gibber, P.A. He is a member of the firm's Commercial Real Estate and Business Planning & Transactions Groups.
Working with clients throughout the United States, Michael handles business formations, real estate joint ventures, transfers and acquisitions, and development, including land use and zoning issues. Michael represents clients in a general counsel capacity in the acquisition, development, financing and sale of large scale multifamily residential, assisted living, memory care and commercial investment properties, primarily in the Maryland, D.C. and Virginia area, with limited dealings in New York, New Jersey, Texas and other locales throughout the United States.
Michael earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Maryland School of Law where he was an associate editor of the Journal of Business & Technology Law. He served as a judicial law clerk to Judge Lawrence R. Daniels of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County. Michael completed his undergraduate studies at Johns Hopkins University, where he earned a B.S., with honors, in business and management, and at Ner Israel Rabbinical College, where he earned a B.A. in Talmudic Law.
